This is the original song, called Doraemon no Uta, sung by Kumiko Oosugi, a.k.a. the queen of anime songs (http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A4%A7%E6%9D%89%E4%B9%85%E7%BE%8E%E...). The English page does not contain the extensive list of songs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kumiko_%C5%8Csugi)

Yes, that music board is available in the famiclones.

 

It's pretty fun to play with!! Thanks for posting this (and all the awesome BASIC manual translations)
