Thank you very much for your work Sebastien! I started to learn japanese only for translate the manual, but It's very difficult for me. I have the original Family Basic system, but I use it with a taiwanese famiclone called Nevir Mastergames NVR-VI.

From what I've heard, Family Basic is already installed on many types of Famiclones which include a keyboard. I think the main idea here would be to create documentation for owners of Famiclones which include Family Basic so anyone can learn basic concepts of programming. I don't know if Family Basic would be used to develop games and put them on separate cartridges. The problem of Family Basic is that it's very limited when compared with what can really be done.

Instructions are a big step forward!  What is the next step to make this usable to develop educational titles for PlayPower?  Would we have to implement a Family Basic compatible compiler?  I don't think Nintendo would allow us to distribute their code..
