PlayPower hardware sold in electronics kit (diy), i'd love to buy it

it seems PlayPower is only available to be acquired built and ready to use, but people like me, which loves to build (soldering) all electronic pieces from a kit, like Sinclair sold their ZX80 and ZX81 computers, would love to buy it as electronic kit (with a manual to easily follow, with schemes, diagrams and photos, for soldering newbies), and surelly not only it would be a very didactic choice - this would be an awesome, and even maybe cheaper than the 10usd choice, since there is no handwork involved on mounting it, which material would be excellent for schools, hacklabs and hobbysts - i'd buy it imediatelly as soon i see it on sale! :)

Actually... i think is a NOAC so the "stuff" inside is really really small so a kit is useless :). Also i love this kind og kits like the almighty Z81 kit and i would like to buy a PlayPower "thingy" and colaborate but i dont know where/how here in Spain :(.
Evidently, you can no longer get the kit without paying exorbitant shipping. A sad day for all.
I mean the pre-assmbled version when I say 'kit'.

I know the tv computer is out of stock at MakerShed.com. Is there another source available?

try chinese and indian bazaars - i bought a Victor-50 for eur23 (got burnt after 2 weeks), and a Rey-de-Leopardo (weird name for a chinese famiclone) for eur15 (still working)
would be great if somewhere at playpower.org we can have a georeferenced map, just like this http://hackerspaces.org/wiki/List_of_Hacker_Spaces , for us sticking where famiclones can be find, which ones, and at which prices...
There is...that is, if you read Mandarin. taobao.com

I tried an english to Mandarin translator for "8-bit computer" and got hundreds of calculators. Basically, I have no idea what to search for. Good luck.

explaining better the message i posted above, would be awesome we using googlemaps or openstreetmaps for tagging shops, worldwidelly, were from we can buy famiclones - i marked these on my city, but would be better if we here at playpower site could do similar thing, everything in just one webpage for simplifying... - http://www.aardvarkmap.net/mape/VEFOWZQI (updated info about models, prices, electric and tv systems)
I found this site that seems to sell some Victor models, some hand helds too but I'm not sure what they are.
